Each Player Will Receive The Following at least 30 Hours Of Practice Time With A Paid Coach.
AAU Ages for 2012
10/u - 4th or 5th grade              11/u - 6th grade
12/u - 7th grade                        13/u - 8th grade
14/u - 9th grade                         15/u 10th grade
16/u - 11th grade or High School eligible

10U 4 Tournaments and 2Shootouts $365
11U 5 Tournaments and 1Shootouts $385
12U 6 Tournaments and 2 one day Shootouts $470
13U 6 Tournaments and 2 one day Shootouts $470
14U 6 Tournaments and 2 one day Shootouts $470
15U 6 Tournaments and 2 one day Shootouts $470
16U 6 Tournaments and 2 one day Shootouts $470
3-4 tournaments and 2 shootouts are in the Scranton Area
Most Tournaments are 4 games

Uniform Cost $35 if you need a new uniform

Tryouts
Coaches will be on hand at tryouts to determine if a potential player has the necessary fundamental skills or raw talent to succeed in our AAU Program. Selections will be based on coach’s evaluation of performance during the tryout period. Our goal is to make you a better player. A regular AAU roster consists of 15 players. It is our intention to have only 10 or 11 players on each team, to allow us to give you the most game experience possible. Coaches and staff decisions are final as to which players will be on which teams. There is NO MANDATORY FUNDRAISING you may choose to sell advertising if you want.

THE PLAYING SEASON:

The "spring season" begins as soon as school ball is over and the teams are selected. Tournaments are played mostly on Saturdays & Sundays from the end of March to the end of May. Tournaments are usually 3-4 games per weekend.

Travel AAU team Costs

If selected to a team. The first payment of $260.00 will be due upon selection. Balance will be due in 30 days. This fee covers Tournament entries, AAU Fees, Uniforms, Insurance, Coaches pay and travel expenses and Court Rentals Fees. Per Tournament entry fees alone cost us anywhere from $375-600 or more per team.
